Follow these steps to book your accommodation at Leeds Trinity University.

  1. Accept your offer

You can only book your accommodation if you've received an offer from us (either conditional or unconditional) and firmly accepted it.

If you haven't responded to your offer or you've declined it, you won't be able to book.

If Leeds Trinity University is your insurance choice, or if you apply through clearing, you'll still be able to book your accommodation once you've accepted your offer.

  2. Set up your accommodation account

If you've firmly accepted your offer you'll receive an email from our accommodation team with details of how to set up an online account to book your accommodation.

If you don't think you've received your booking email, take a look in your spam or junk folder first (add [email protected] to your trusted contacts list so you'll receive future emails from us). If it's not there, get in touch with our accommodation team and they'll resend it to you.

  3. Pick your accommodation

Leeds Trinity University offers a range of accommodation options of varying cost, size and available facilities. When booking your room, you will be shown the available options and asked to choose and book a specific room type.

To be in with the best chance of getting your preferred choice, make sure you firmly accept your offer from us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

    Disability support

Every effort will be made to ensure that your room allocation and type of accommodation are suitable for your needs.

If you have a disability, it's important that you share this in detail when you complete your booking form.

Contact our accommodation team to discuss everything you may need. We may also request written confirmation from an appropriate professional.

  4. Review your accommodation booking

When booking online you will be asked to agree to our conditions which form part of your contract for halls of residence.

You will receive an email confirmation once you have accepted.

You'll secure your accommodation booking with a £250 bond at the time of booking. A deadline for payment will be given depending on when you book.

If you provisionally choose a room at Clarence Dock Village, your details will be passed onto Unite Students Clarence Dock Village team, who will be in contact with further instructions to complete a new tenancy agreement, a guarantor agreement, and a £250 advance rent payment as part of their booking process.

  5. What’s next?
