Congratulations on your offer to study at Leeds Trinity University

Now it’s time to decide which university is right for you.

Choosing where you want to make more happen is a big decision, but we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Here in your Applicant Hub, you’ll find key information about your next steps, your course, and how to respond to your offer.

Your offer-holder checklist

1. Book your Offer-holder Day

Offer-holder Days are exclusive events for successful undergraduate applicants. They’re the perfect way to find out if we’re the right university for you, with the opportunity to take part in an interactive subject session and meet your future academics and coursemates.

If you’ve got an offer to study with us, you’ll have received an email inviting you to an Offer-holder Day. If you haven’t received this, or have any questions, please get in touch at [email protected].

2. Reply to your offer

Once you’ve received responses from all the universities that you applied to, you’ll need to select your firm and insurance choices.

When you’re ready to make your decision, you need to log into your UCAS Hub to reply to your offers.

3. Meet your offer conditions

Unless you have an unconditional offer, there will be certain conditions you need to meet.

Your offer conditions will be specified on your offer letter and typically include academic requirements or proof of qualifications.

Please read your offer letter carefully so you know what conditions you have and the deadline for meeting them.

4. Apply for accommodation

If you’ve chosen Leeds Trinity as your firm choice, you’ll receive an email inviting you to apply for your accommodation.

Whether you live at our Main Campus in Horsforth or in the city centre, we’ve got a range of options so you can find your perfect home from home.

5. Sort your student finance

Going to university may be the first time you’re responsible for your own money, so it’s important to get your student finance sorted and understand your budget.

All UK students are eligible to apply for a tuition fee loan to pay for their university fees. You can also apply for a maintenance loan to help with your living costs.

You should apply as soon as possible to ensure you receive your funding in time for the start of your course. You don’t need to have confirmed your place before applying.

Your student finance funding body, and the funding you’re eligible to receive, will vary depending on your country of origin.

Visit our fees and funding pages to find out more.

6. Get ahead with LTNew

Studying at university requires a high level of independence and can be a change from how you may have studied before.

That’s why our Learning Hub has developed LTNew – our short course that’s designed to help you develop your academic skills and succeed at university.

You’ll be invited to complete LTNew over the summer months.

7. Register for your course

Before you can start your studies, you’ll need to formally register as a student.

Registration will open in August – we’ll contact you when you’re able to complete this step.
